This is from last week end. From the sketch I made a measured drawing. I should have made it bigger, but I went to Fed Ex Kinko’s and enlarged it. I now have a good idea how this looks. I can add more details to the “facade” as the ideas develop. I also know how large the spaces are for the paintings. The short horizontal lines outside the drawing show the location of the existing architecture in the atrium that separate the three floors. I will want something in my structure to coincide with them to provide continuity between my facade and the building. There are four levels in what I propose compared with three levels around the atrium.
The past week I have had to attend to a few details about the windscreen installations and develop two more proposals for etched glass.
