Plan for Whirligig #24

Sometimes people chide me for being so fussy. I get charged with the crime of perfectionism. This “simple” whirligig has seven parts not including the propeller shaft, collar, spacer, washers and bearing. It doesn’t really lend itself to painterlyness. If I make a whirligig that looks painterly, it still will require careful planning.
