Photograph

Autumn in Albuquerque, digital photo

Thank you M for inspiring me to take some photos. I enjoy your photos a great deal.  Often driving around town on errands, something sticks in my eye, and I say to myself, “I wish I had my camera with me.” I’ve started taking it with me more often. There is a downside though. I’m not a very attentive driver to start with (that is, attentive to the traffic), so I have to be careful.  The interstices or peripherals are what draw my eye, the view that is not a noun or subject, but more like an adverb modifying an adjective.

    Thanks Chuck.

Your words to me have often sent me deep thinking, and to paper
to muddle out the new “view” you have asked me to see. I really
    appreaciae all of it.

Your photo is like abstract painting… I love the
way the horizons merge from architectural into something new
to witness. the color is power. I do recommend pulling over and walking, though. I
know of someone who got in a wreck trying to drive and do
other things that require the eye! Focus goes to the lens
faster than the mind can re aim the steering wheel.

M, I definitely will be careful.
